ITM BBA Program Empowers Future Leaders Through Holistic Learning and Experiential Excellence

The ITM BBA program continues to demonstrate its commitment to holistic student development through a thoughtfully curated blend of academic, personal, and experiential learning initiatives during the recent semester. The term commenced with a refresher week on 5th January 2026, featuring the Heartfulness Initiation Program, where students were introduced to meditation and mindfulness practices aimed at fostering emotional balance, clarity, and stress management. Academic orientation followed with “Know Your Semester II,” providing students with insights into curriculum structure and expectations, alongside “Talk Your Heart Out,” a counseling session promoting emotional well-being and open communication. A No Code Workshop on the same day equipped students with essential digital skills aligned with emerging technological trends.

The semester further emphasized holistic growth through a series of engaging activities. Sessions such as Road Safety and Traffic Awareness on 8th January instilled civic responsibility, while the All Club Meet on 20th January encouraged collaboration and leadership. Experiential learning was highlighted through the Borderland Event on 30th January and “Beyond the Headlines” on 26th February, which enhanced critical thinking and communication skills. The term concluded on a vibrant note with the “Holiwood Party” on 2nd March, fostering cultural unity and student engagement.

Dr. Namita Soni, Head of iConnect Program, ITM Business School said, “The BBA iConnect Program is designed to go beyond traditional academics by integrating real-world experiences, personal development, and social responsibility. Our goal is to nurture well-rounded individuals who are not only industry-ready but also mindful, empathetic, and future-focused leaders.”

A key highlight was the NGO Orientation on 21st January, introducing students to diverse social organizations, followed by NGO internships from 3rd to 13th February. These experiences enabled students to develop empathy, teamwork, and problem-solving abilities through meaningful community engagement. Expert-led sessions, including workshops on personal development, corporate insights, Indian Knowledge Systems, and business innovation, further enriched the learning experience. The semester concluded with a reflective session on purposeful success, reinforcing ITM’s mission to nurture future-ready, socially conscious professionals.
