ITM University Leads the Way: HR Conclave 2025 Redefines Workforce Strategies

Delhi, February 28 2025 – ITM University, Raipur, successfully hosted the highly anticipated HR Conclave 2025, themed “Redefining Workforce Strategies through Compliance Excellence and Industry-Aligned Skills.” Held on February 23, 2025, at Hotel Grand Imperia, VIP Road, Vishal Nagar, Raipur, Chhattisgarh, the event brought together industry leaders, HR professionals, academicians, and students for insightful discussions on the evolving landscape of human resources.

The conclave served as a platform for thought-provoking discussions on critical workforce challenges, focusing on the integration of compliance excellence with skill development to meet industry demands. The event featured impactful keynote addresses, engaging panel discussions, and interactive sessions led by distinguished speakers from top corporations and academia.

Prof Lakshmi Murthy, Pro Vice Chancellor, ITM University Raipur shared that  “In today’s rapidly evolving business landscape, organizations must align compliance with workforce development.
