Lotus Oriental, a premium and fine-dining Asian restaurant. Titled "Meshiagare (meaning in Japanese), the event promises an unforgettable exploration of authentic
Japanese flavors. From Thursday, 12th July to Saturday, 13th July, guests can indulge in Chef
Jerry specially crafted menu featuring exquisite delicacies, taking their taste buds on a
delightful adventure to the heart of Japan.

With nearly three decades of culinary expertise, Chef Jerry Bernasol is renowned for his
meticulous approach to Japanese cuisine, mastering traditional techniques and infusing them
