Hyderabad, February 09, 2025: Kapston Services Ltd., an end-to-end manpower solutions provider, has declared its financial results for the Q3&9MFY26 ended December 31, 2025.
Total Revenue in Q3FY26 was at Rs. 212.85 crore, as compared to Rs. 182.77 crore in Q3FY25, up by 10.86% EBITDA was at Rs. 11.42 crore as compared to Rs. 8.35 crore in Q3FY25; registered a growth of 36.77%. PAT stood at Rs. 7.43 crore, as compared to Rs. 4.53 crore, grown by 64.02%.
In 9MFY26, Total Revenue was at Rs. 615.42 crore, as compared to Rs. 504.76 crore in 9MFY25, up by 21.92%. EBITDA was at Rs. 31.71 crore as compared to Rs.22.48 crore in 9MFY25; registered a growth of 41.06%. Net Profit was at Rs. 20.61 crore, as compared to Rs. 11.78 crore, grown by 74.96%.
The Board has recommended the issue of bonus shares in the ratio of 1:2 subject to the approval of the Shareholders.
Commenting on the results, Mr. Srikanth Kodali, Managing Director said,
“We are delighted to declare good set of growth rates in both sales and profits growth.
The overall profit margins are grown by more than 100 basis points during the nine months of operations is on account of increasing business across the new geographies. The company had entered new geographies two years back and the same is paying back on account of scale of operations which had brought down costs.
The increased cash flow of the company during the current year would further expand companies’ business in newer geographies.
Our client addition during the quarter and last nine months has been strong and we continue to add marquee clients to our current clientele.”
