Vrusshabha stars Padma Shri and Padma Bhushan awardee Shri Mohanlal in the lead role and is one of the most anticipated pan-Indian releases. The newly launched song, featuring Samarjit Lankesh and Nayan Sarika, is a soulful romantic track that beautifully captures youthful emotion and love, striking a chord with audiences from the very first note.
The launch event witnessed a memorable moment when Shri D. K. Shivakumar shared his heartfelt thoughts about the film and its journey. Speaking about the title, he explained that “Vrusshabha” means Bull, symbolising strength, resilience, and positive energy. Referring to the bull tattoo on his arm, he shared that he had prayed to God for the film to receive strength and success, expressing a personal and emotional connection to the symbolism of the title.
The Honourable Deputy Chief Minister stated that Vrusshabha, slated for a worldwide theatrical release in December 2025, carries strong positive energy. On behalf of the people of Karnataka, he extended his best wishes to the entire team, expressing hope that the producers recover their investment, earn profits, and continue to create more meaningful cinema.
He further expressed confidence that Mohanlal’s Vrusshabha will achieve great success and added that 2026 will be a successful year for young actor Samarjit Lankesh, blessing the emerging talent for a bright and promising future. Appreciating the filmmakers’ vision, Shri D. K. Shivakumar commended the effort to showcase Kannada talent on a pan-Indian platform, extending his warm wishes to the young artistes, producers, and the entire Vrusshabha team.
