Belonging to a business family is a demanding situation for the sons and daughters of an entrepreneur. On delving deeper in the minds and lives of these young MSME entrants, it was revealed that the younger generation deals with many challenges while venturing into their family’s business.
Their age, gender and prior experience, etc. often raises questions on their ability to succeed. However, overcoming any difficulty or challenge that is thrown in their way is one of the biggest traits of a determined and passionate youth.

Thus, on World MSME Day, Kotak Banking Banking Solutions launched the ‘Empowering Business, Empowering You’. A campaign that not only promises to partner businesses in their journeys, but also empower the youth to thrive and succeed despite internal and external challenges.
The series of 3 films, conceptualized and executed by Tonic Worldwide, highlighted the common stereotypes that young entrepreneurs face. Eventually, the films showcase how they work towards proving every assumption wrong and emerge as leaders and winners in their respective fields.
