A Visionary in Consumer Brands: A Gold Medalist MBA and an alumna of ISB Hyderabad and Miranda House, Singh is a recognized leader with over 15 years of expertise in the beauty and personal care landscape. She joins Lotus Herbals following a highly successful tenure leading Marketing & Innovations at McNROE Consumer Products. Singh’s career is defined by her ability to bridge the gap between creative storytelling and commercial growth. Her expertise spans brand strategy and positioning to resonate with Gen Z and millennial audiences through digitally agile campaigns. She has a proven track record in celebrity and performance marketing, managing high-profile celebrity and influencer strategies that drive both top-of-mind awareness and measurable e-commerce conversions. Additionally, she has full P&L ownership, strategically managing marketing budgets and optimizing costs to deliver sustainable revenue growth.

Returning to Her Roots: This appointment marks a significant return for Singh, who previously served as the Marketing Manager for Lotus Herbals’ Make-up division and EBOs. During her earlier tenure, she was instrumental in launching and repositioning Lotus Makeup as a high-aspiration, youth-centric brand. Her deep familiarity with the brand’s DNA, combined with her recent leadership in category innovation, positions her uniquely to lead the current expansion.
