Jaipur, 9th September 2026: Mahima Group celebrated its 37th Foundation Day at Clarks Amer Hotel, Jaipur, bringing together its leadership and employees to mark nearly four decades of growth. The evening combined employee recognition with the unveiling of “Redefining the Benchmark,” a theme focused on continuous improvement, stronger systems and technology-led progress.
The celebration was attended by Founder & Chairman Mr. Dhirendra Madan, Managing Director Mr. Nikhil Madan, Director Mrs. Kusum Madan and Creative & Art Director Ms. Kirti Madan.
Addressing the gathering, Mr. Nikhil Madan said, “As we look to the future, our focus will not only be on growing larger, but on building with greater purpose—embracing new opportunities, strengthening our people and creating value that will last for decades. A highlight of the evening was the Mahima Icon Awards 2026, which honoured employees and teams for their contributions, leadership and performance. The Iconic Leader—People’s Choice Award 2026, decided through an internal employee vote, recognised leadership that had earned the trust and respect of colleagues.
Motivational speaker and corporate trainer Akash Gautam led a session titled “Happy at Heart, Successful at Work,” sharing practical perspectives on happiness, work-life balance and performance. Mentalist Tarun Khemnani added an interactive entertainment segment to the celebration.
The anniversary reaffirmed Mahima Group’s focus on recognising its people and redefining benchmark across its work as it enters its next year.
