Gurugram, India | 04 December, 2025: The National Alumni Meet (NAM) 2025 of Management Development Institute (MDI) Gurgaon was held on Sunday evening, March 5th, 2025 at the beautiful Library Greens and attracted more than 800 participants, the largest and most successful celebration of MDI’s Alumni Reunion to date organised by ALCOM.
The theme for NAM 2025, “Echoes of Legacy” represented and honoured MDI Gurgaon’s long history, the strength of its Alumni, and the impact MDI Gurgaon is beginning to have in shaping various industries. The event was a wonderful evening of reconnecting, celebrating and sharing pride with Alumni, faculty members, and current students of MDI Gurgaon.
The event consisted of a variety of activities including opportunities to network, experience different cultures, engage in meaningful conversations with others and reflect on what the institute hopes to see happen in the future. One of the shared experiences for attendees was sharing stories that illustrate their professional accomplishments and the significant influence MDI Gurgaon has had on their development as leaders and their enduring strong ties with one another.
The event also saw active participation by MDI Alumni Association and also launch of endowment initiatives – including Shashi Budhiraja Chair Professorship in Governance in the name of ex-Director of MDI Gurgaon Late Shashi Budhiraja, and a scholarship fund in the name of a PGDM alumni.

NAM 2025 has proven the potential of our alumni and will definitely create stronger partnerships between our Alumni, students, faculty and MDI overall.”

The tremendous response and energy reflected the desire of alumni to become involved with MDI Gurgaon. NAM 2025 concluded with renewed commitments to collaboration and mentorship, in addition to strengthening MDI Gurgaon’s alumni network.
MDI Gurgaon will continue to leverage this momentum toward developing new ways to engage with stakeholders through impactful programs and events.
