Mumbai, 18th December 2025: Collective Artists Network announced that its AI-powered cultural project, Mahabharat: Ek Dharmayudh, created with its AI division Galleri5, was showcased by Microsoft at Inter BEE 2025, Japan’s leading broadcast and technology exhibition. During a Microsoft keynote at the event on November 19, the company presented the first look of the Mahabharat trailer, which was developed using a combination of Collective’s creative IP development and Galleri5’s AI production workflows built on Microsoft Azure AI.
The showcase highlighted how Indian cultural storytelling is being reimagined for a global audience through advanced AI tools. Galleri5’s AI systems powered visual development, world-building, and pre-visualization for the project, while Collective’s research, writing, and creative direction shaped the narrative and cultural detailing.
As part of the keynote, Microsoft featured a Japanese-language trailer of Collective’s AI-enabled creation Mahabharat: Ek Dharmayudh, which Galleri5 dubbed from Hindi to Japanese using Microsoft AI. This marks one of the first instances of an Indian production house using AI to enable cross-border, multi-language distribution at scale.
