New Delhi, Thursday, April 2, 2026: With employee wellbeing emerging as a key focus area for HR leaders, mental wellbeing platform MindPeers has been appointed by healthcare AI company Qure.ai to implement a company-wide mental health programme for employees and their immediate family members.
Through this engagement, MindPeers will serve as Qure.ai’s Employee Assistance Programme (EAP) provider, offering confidential one-on-one therapy sessions with licensed psychologists, 24/7 emotional support, preventive wellbeing programmes, leadership and manager sensitisation workshops, and self-guided digital mental health tools. The support will also extend to employees’ immediate family members.
The programme is designed to provide accessible and confidential mental health support to employees working in fast-paced, high-performance environments. In addition to therapy services, the initiative will include manager sensitisation workshops and anonymised wellbeing insights aimed at helping organisations better understand workforce needs and encourage early support-seeking behaviour
Commenting on the development, Kanika Agarwal, Founder, MindPeers, said: “Organisations today are recognising that employee wellbeing needs to be supported in a consistent and structured way, particularly as teams grow across geographies and operate in fast-paced environments. Through this engagement with Qure.ai, our focus is on ensuring that employees and their families have access to timely, confidential mental health support. Equally important is helping managers build the awareness and confidence to recognise early signs of stress and guide employees towards the right support systems.”
Poonam Ajgaokar, Chief People Officer at Qure.ai, added:
“At Qure.ai, employee wellbeing is a priority. Working with MindPeers allows us to introduce a structured support system that provides professional, confidential mental health care to our employees
and their families. Our focus is on ensuring that support remains accessible and that conversations around mental health continue to be normalised across the organisation.”
Over the coming months, the rollout will include awareness initiatives, manager training sessions and preventive wellbeing programmes aimed at encouraging participation and strengthening conversations around mental health across teams.
