BCS is an annual MIT-WPU event that began its arduous journey in 2011 under the visionary leadership of young educationist Rahul V. Karad. It is the country’s largest platform for encouraging and empowering young people to participate actively in politics. After a rigorous selection process adopted by the colleges independently, nearly 10,000 politically and socially active students and young leaders from 450 universities and 28 states and 8 union territories of India participate in the meticulously planned Annual Conclave.
