Pune, 10th January 2026; Conrad Pune, Hilton’s flagship luxury hotel in the city, announces the appointment of Ms. Cindrella Gomes as the Director of Food & Beverage. In her new role, she will oversee the hotel’s food and beverage strategy and operations, with a focus on strengthening culinary positioning, enhancing guest experiences and further reinforcing the property’s positioning as a leading luxury lifestyle and gastronomic destination.
A seasoned luxury food and beverage leader with over 17 years of experience, Ms. Cindrella most recently served as Director of Food & Beverage at Fairmont Udaipur Palace. She has previously worked with leading global hospitality brands including Oberoi Hotels & Resorts, Grand Hyatt Hotel & Residences and Sofitel, Mumbai, BKC, where she played a key role in driving operational excellence, F&B strategy, and guest-centric innovation. She is also recognized for her strong pre-opening expertise.
At Conrad Pune, Ms. Cindrella will be responsible for leading the hotel’s culinary vision, enhancing guest engagement across restaurants, bars and banqueting, along with aligning the property’s F&B strategy with Conrad’s global luxury brand standards while maintaining a strong sense of local relevance and experiential focus.
