Chennai, 20 December 2025: After two blockbuster editions in Bengaluru and Hyderabad, the much-awaited Namma Run – South Edition is now set to light up Chennai on 21st December 2025 at Swami Shivananda Salai Road. The series has already witnessed extraordinary participation, with 3,500+ runners each in both Bengaluru (28th September, St. Joseph School Grounds MG Road) and Hyderabad (Gachibowli Stadium, 30th November)—and the Chennai edition is expected to surpass previous milestones.

The Chennai run will welcome participants of all age groups, offering a wide variety of categories including kids’ fun runs, family walkathons, senior citizen runs, and competitive timed races. Families, fitness enthusiasts, and casual walkers alike are gearing up for a memorable Sunday morning experience.
In keeping with the spirit of the South Edition, the Chennai event will feature a carnival-like environment with Zumba warm-ups, yoga sessions, live music, local performance groups, shopping kiosks, and food stalls, turning the run into a festive community celebration along one of the city’s most iconic stretches.
