Mumbai, 30th June 2026: Ahead of National Doctors’ Day, CLIRNET, a leading global physician engagement and intelligence platform present across 30+ countries, has announced the launch of ‘Heal the Healer – Powered by CLIRNET’, a first-of-its-kind, national wellness movement dedicated exclusively to the well-being of doctors.
Conceived around a simple yet profound question “Who heals the doctor when the doctor is exhausted?” The initiative aims to place doctors’ physical, emotional and mental wellness at the centre of healthcare conversations in India.
Following the overwhelming response to its pilot edition, CLIRNET has now institutionalized Heal the Healer -Powered by CLIRNET as a long-term, year-round movement, reaffirming its commitment to supporting healthcare professionals beyond their clinical responsibilities. It will also encourage healthcare professionals to congregate around common interests not rooted in purely professional matters.
The pilot programme witnessed an enthusiastic participation from doctors across Kolkata, who came together for a specially curated sound healing session focused on stress relief, mindfulness and mental well-being.
Building on this momentum, CLIRNET plans to take the initiative across India including major cities like Mumbai, Delhi, Hyderabad, Bengaluru and Pune, among others. Through collaborations with wellness experts and partner organizations, the movement will offer immersive wellness experiences for doctors, including Sound Healing, Yoga, Breathwork, Meditation, Mindfulness and other holistic therapeutic interventions.
Commenting on the initiative, Saurav Kasera, Co-Founder, CLIRNET, said:
“Every doctor enters medicine with a promise to heal, to comfort and to serve. But in fulfilling that promise, many quietly neglect their own well-being. Through ‘Heal the Healer – Powered by CLIRNET’, we want to remind every doctor that self-care is not a luxury; it is a necessity. Our successful pilot showed us that doctors deeply value spaces where they can simply pause, breathe and reconnect with themselves. That is why we are transforming this into a movement that will travel across India. The initiative aligns with the vision of our Prime Minister that ensuring the well-being of doctors is fundamental to strengthening India’s healthcare ecosystem for delivering quality healthcare to every citizen.”
As India celebrates National Doctors’ Day, CLIRNET hopes the movement will encourage the healthcare ecosystem to recognize that caring for caregivers is essential to building a stronger, more resilient healthcare system for the nation.
