Ahmedabad 26th February 2026: News18 Gujarati successfully hosted the “Pride of Saurashtra” event on February 23 in Ahmedabad, bringing together industry leaders, educationists, legal experts, and entrepreneurs for insightful discussions on the region’s growing contribution to Gujarat’s development.

The discussion highlighted the importance of strategic investments, urban expansion, and industrial growth in accelerating Saurashtra’s development trajectory.
Another key session focused on emerging opportunities in education, technology, and legal services, with panelists Gopal Bhuva, Asiatic College, RK Patel, RK Patel Law Firm, Bhavesh Gadhethariya, Infinity Infoway Ltd.
Speakers emphasised innovation, skill development, digital transformation, and legal awareness as critical pillars for shaping the next phase of regional progress.
A major highlight of the event was the felicitation of 16 awardees recognised for their dedication and achievements across diverse sectors, including healthcare, MSME, SME, education, consultancy, and real estate.
