Not All Teachers Stand in Classrooms: CoinDCX Launches #TeachersHarJagah Campaign to Celebrate Everyday Lessons

Bengaluru, 7 September 2026: This Teachers’ Day, CoinDCX has launched #TeachersHarJagah, a campaign that celebrates the everyday people who teach us lessons often without realising they are doing so.

The campaign film brings this idea to life through a series of familiar, everyday encounters. From a gardener who demonstrates the value of long-term thinking, to people encountered during an auto ride, at a neighbourhood fruit stall or while getting clothes stitched, the film finds lessons in places where we may not traditionally look for them.

What begins as an ordinary interaction takes on a different meaning as the film draws parallels between these everyday lessons and concepts associated with financial decision-making. A simple observation about planning ahead, preparing for the unexpected or understanding value becomes a lesson that can influence how we approach money, choices and the future.

At the heart of #TeachersHarJagah is a simple thought: learning does not always come from people who are formally called teachers. It can come from anyone we meet and from experiences we encounter every day.

The campaign film reflects this through real-world situations and people who may never step into a classroom as teachers, yet leave us with lessons that stay with us. Their experiences demonstrate how everyday wisdom can shape the way we think, make decisions and navigate an increasingly complex world.

Commenting on the campaign, Mridul Gupta, Founding Partner, CoinDCX, said, “Teachers’ Day is traditionally associated with the teachers who shape us in classrooms, but some of our most lasting lessons come from people and experiences we encounter every day. With #TeachersHarJagah, we wanted to recognise those everyday teachers and the wisdom they pass on, often without even realising it. Whether it is thinking long term, preparing for the unexpected or understanding the value of something, these lessons influence the choices we make every day.”

The campaign also reflects CoinDCX’s larger focus on learning and financial awareness. By connecting familiar, relatable experiences with financial concepts, #TeachersHarJagah seeks to make the idea of learning about money more accessible and rooted in everyday life.

The film concludes with a reminder of the scale of learning happening around us, highlighting “2 Cr+ People Learning” and reinforcing the campaign’s central message: there is a teacher, and a lesson, everywhere.

Through #TeachersHarJagah, CoinDCX invites people to pause this Teachers’ Day and think about the unexpected teachers in their own lives—and the lessons from them that continue to shape who they are.
