Novotel Pune is pleased to announce the appointment of Anjali Rauthan as Front Office Manager. With over a decade of experience in the hospitality industry, Anjali brings with her a strong background in front office operations, guest engagement, and service excellence across leading international hospitality brands.
Prior to joining Novotel Pune, Anjali served as Front Office Manager at Courtyard by Marriott, Navi Mumbai. Earlier, Anjali held the position of Assistant Front Office Manager (HOD) at Andaz Delhi – a concept by Hyatt. Known for her proactive leadership style and attention to detail, she has consistently demonstrated an ability to create memorable guest experiences while maintaining operational efficiency.
In her new role at Novotel Pune, Anjali will be responsible for overseeing the front office operations, enhancing guest satisfaction, and leading the team to deliver seamless and memorable guest experiences aligned with the brand’s global standards.
