Mumbai, India — Elevated evenings take on a cosmic new form as NOX at The Westin Mumbai Powai Lake unveils the first edition of its International Bar Takeover Series – “Encore Nights”, on Friday, 7th November 2025.
This one-night-only showcase unites two acclaimed international mixologists — Guilherme Valdivieso Jimenez from Nomu, Phuket and Hnin Pwint Aye from Rangoon Tea House, Bangkok — under the celestial guidance of Ronald Ramirez, Head of Beverages at NOX. Together, they reimagine the art of mixology through a cosmic lens, exploring the theme, their Zodiac Signs: “The Sun, The Moon, and The Stars.”
A Celestial Collaboration Above the City
As part of the NOX Global Takeover Series, Encore Nights celebrates global creativity and cosmic contrast — an evening where storytelling meets starlight. Guided by Ronald Ramirez’s Astromixology Framework, the evening will feature signature cocktails inspired by each mixologist’s Zodiac Sign:
