India, 8th September 2026: Omnicom Global Solutions (OGS), Omnicom’s integrated solutions engine, today announced the appointment of Swapnil Deshmukh as Head of Operations, reinforcing the organization’s focus on operational excellence, governance, scalability, and transformation as it continues its next phase of growth.
Based in Pune, Swapnil will lead OGS’ operations portfolio, bringing together business operations, enterprise governance and process excellence, enterprise platforms transformation, and office experience under a unified operating framework, with a mandate to enable scalable growth and accelerate transformation initiatives.
Swapnil joins OGS with more than two decades of experience spanning operations, business transformation, delivery governance, strategy execution, digital modernization, ERP programs, analytics, and AI. Most recently, he served as Associate Partner at KPMG, where he led large-scale transformation programs across multiple sectors. Earlier in his career, he held impactful roles at EY, L&T, Zycus, and Raj Technologies. A veteran of the Indian Navy, he served as a Lieutenant Commander aboard INS Viraat, India’s former aircraft carrier.

Swapnil holds a Bachelor of Engineering (Production) from the University of Pune, a Certificate Program in Business Management from IIM Ahmedabad, an Executive Program in Business
Analytics from SDA Bocconi, and is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP). He has also completed the Emerging Leaders Program at ISB.
