Primus Senior Living and Gopalan Enterprises Unveil ₹450 Crore Senior Living Project in Bengaluru

Homes at Gopalan Olympia Sports City will be ready for possession within six months, marking the first in a series of developments by Primus Senior Living and Gopalan Enterprises.

Bengaluru, Karnataka, 28th April 2026: In a move that could reshape the senior housing market in India,  Primus Senior Living has partnered with Gopalan Enterprises to launch Primus Olympia, a ₹450 crore  senior living development in South Bengaluru, with homes expected to be ready within approximately six  months. 

India’s senior living market is steadily evolving, with a growing focus on ready-to-move-in options that  cater to immediate needs. This collaboration is playing a key role in driving a shift and shaping a more  responsive and future-ready ecosystem. Primus Olympia is a purpose-built senior living community  embedded within the 16-acre Gopalan Olympia Sports City township in Kumbalgodu, off Mysore Road in  South Bengaluru. The community will span two towers, offering 2BHK and 3BHK homes designed  exclusively for individuals aged 55 and above, and is expected to serve over 300 senior families. 

The partnership marks the first in a series of planned developments the two groups intend to build  together, with a shared conviction in active ageing as the organising principle for what senior living in  India can become. The development benefits from strong urban connectivity: located in proximity to  Challaghatta Metro Station and well-connected to commercial and social infrastructure across South  Bengaluru.
