Bengaluru, Karnataka, 28th April 2026: In a move that could reshape the senior housing market in India, Primus Senior Living has partnered with Gopalan Enterprises to launch Primus Olympia, a ₹450 crore senior living development in South Bengaluru, with homes expected to be ready within approximately six months.

The community will span two towers, offering 2BHK and 3BHK homes designed exclusively for individuals aged 55 and above, and is expected to serve over 300 senior families.
