03 June 2026- Doha, Qatar – Qatar Airways has launched a new signature menu of cocktails and mocktails created by acclaimed Italian mixologist and bar entrepreneur, Lorenzo Antinori, now available on all Qatar Airways First & Business Class services.
As one of the most respected and recognisable faces in the global drinks industry, Lorenzo has worked at iconic venues such as The Savoy in London and Charles H. in Seoul and his own creation, Bar Leone in Hong Kong which has been named The World’s Best Bar in 2025. Lorenzo is known for shaping Asia’s cocktail culture, blending storytelling with modern techniques to excite the senses.
The new signature cocktail collection comprises four cocktails available in both First and Business Class featuring The Aviator (Hennessy X.X.O/James Hennessy Cognac, Champagne, orange juice), G&Tea (Bombay Sapphire Premier Cru Gin/Botanist Gin, tonic water, Tea of choice), Golden Delilah (Belvedere 10 Vodka/Grey Goose Vodka, Champagne, apple juice) and Havana Punch (Bacardi Añejo Cuatro Rum, mango juice).
Each respective premium cabin also features an additional three cocktails exclusive to the cabin, with First Class showcasing Rising To The Sky (The Botanist Gin, Champagne, apple juice), Tokyo 75 (Roku Japanese Craft Gin, Champagne, lemon juice), and Japanese Old Fashioned (Hibiki Japanese Harmony Whisky, Bitters), and Business Class having Italian Highball (Martini Extra Dry, tonic water), Old Smoke (Talisker 10 Whisky, Amarula), and The Carousel (James Hennessey Cognac, mango juice, ginger ale). The 380 inflight lounge offers all 10 Signature cocktails. The Signature cocktail selection will be updated on a regular basis to ensure a diverse offering for all cabin classes.
Passengers seeking non-alcoholic options would be delighted to discover Lorenzo’s mocktail creations featuring delectable flavours with Sunrise Punch (a bright blend of mango and citrus topped with ginger ale), Oriental Fizz (tropical mango and apple paired with sparkling refreshment), White Blossom (crisp apple and tonic with a clean herbal finish), Virgin Bloody Mary (a savoury classic with depth and balance), and Pineapple Margarita (tangy pineapple and citrus with a lightly sparkling finish).
