In a grand ceremony attended by luminaries from the Indian food and beverage industry, RajRasa triumphed in two key categories – ‘Best Restaurant of Jaipur’ and ‘Best Rajasthani Cuisine Restaurant of North India’ reinforcing its position as a beacon of regional culinary excellence.
The distinguished jury panel featured some of the most esteemed names in Indian gastronomy, including Chef Harpal Sokhi, Chef Kunal Kapur, Chef Ajay Chopra, and Padma Shri Pushpesh Pant, who commended RajRasa for its unwavering commitment to authenticity, innovation, and excellence in showcasing Rajasthani cuisine.
Adding to this remarkable achievement, Chef Saurabh Sharma was recently awarded the coveted title of ‘Chef of the Year 2025’ by EazyDiner, in recognition of his extraordinary contributions to regional Rajasthani cuisine and his efforts in preserving the country’s rich culinary heritage. The award was presented by Mr. Kapil Chopra, Founder of Postcard Hotels & EazyDiner, along with Mr. Sachin Pabreja, Co-Founder of EazyDiner, and Mr. Anil Chadha, CEO of ITC Hotels – a testament to Chef Sharma’s influence and leadership in the industry.
