Ramagya School, Noida hosts Annapurna Devi Foundation Centenary Celebration Gala Musical Festival

Students, parents and the classical music lovers attended the performances by Indian classical artists

Noida, 6th July 2026: Ramagya School, Noida hosted the Annapurna Devi Foundation Centenary Celebration Gala Musical Festival, held to celebrate 100 years of Annapurna Devi’s contribution to Indian classical music. The festival saw the presence of several artists associated with Indian classical music.

The event was attended by students, parents, music followers and guests. The audience witnessed different styles of Indian classical music through live performances by various artists. Ramagya School, Noida hosted the programme with the objective of giving students an opportunity to connect with music, art and cultural activities along with their regular academic exposure.

The festival featured performances by Padmashree Pt. Anup Jalota, known for Bhajans and Ghazals; Padmashree Pt. Tarun Bhattacharya, Santoor artist; Vidushi Dr. Nabanita Chowdhary, Hindustani classical vocalist; Pt. Nityanand Haldipur, Bansuri artist; Pt. Lokesh Anand, Shehnai exponent; and Pt. Ashwin Dalvi, Surbahar artist. Other participating artists included Smt. Shivani Kallianpur, Pt. Mithilesh Kumar Jha, Pt. Prosenjit Poddar, Pt. Jayshankar Mishra, Shri Sudip Chowdhury and Shri Kaushik Mitra.

The audience enjoyed the performances and responded with applause as the artists presented their renditions. Students and guests present at the venue got a chance to see the artists perform closely and experience different forms of classical music.
