Kerala, March 13 2026: Marico Limited, one of India’s leading FMCG companies, is set to captivate Kerala with the launch of its latest high‑impact television commercial for Revive, its trusted fabric enhancer brand. The new film delivers an entertaining and dramatic narrative that highlights Revive’s promise of ‘Super Strong Stiffness that Lasts All Day’ brought alive in a uniquely unexpected and memorable way. Featuring popular Malayalam television actors Tessa Mariya and Ameen Madathi from the hit serial Kattathe Kilikoodu, the film delivers a humorous story designed to resonate strongly with audiences in the region. Conceptualised by Top Notch Media And Entertainment Pvt Ltd., the TVC is now live across TV screens and digital platforms in Kerala.
Set against a picturesque backdrop of Kerala, the story unfolds when the female lead, played by Tessa Mariya, finds herself stranded along with other villagers after an unexpected mishap leaves a small bridge broken. In a dramatic yet playful twist, the male protagonist, played by Ameen Madathi, rises to the occasion, relying on the stiffness of the fabric treated with Revive. What follows is an exaggerated, witty spectacle where his angavastram transforms into a sturdy makeshift bridge, allowing people to cross safely. The film culminates on a charming romantic note as the female lead is visibly impressed, reinforcing Revive’s bold promise: “Revive Liquid Stiffener – Super Strong, All Day Long Stiffness.”
Speaking about the campaign, Vikram Karwal, Chief Marketing Officer Marico Limited said, “This film taps into Kerala’s deep-rooted love for storytelling and emotion, while reinforcing Revive’s core promise of long-lasting stiffness in a humourous manner. As a brand committed to elevating everyday fabric care, Revive continues to innovate in ways that resonate with local culture and consumer expectations. This campaign not only builds stronger regional relevance but also strengthens Marico’s vision of delivering high-quality, meaningful and innovative solutions to households across India.”
By collaborating with familiar regional faces and leveraging Kerala’s strong television viewership culture, Revive aims to deepen its connection with consumers across the state.
