Mumbai, March 17, 2026 – RR Kabel, a leading manufacturer of wires and cables in India announced the appointment of Ms. Kamaljeet Kaur as Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO). In her new role, Kamaljeet will lead the strategic HR function, driving organisational transformation, leadership development, and people-centric initiatives.
With over 22 years of extensive experience in Human Resources, Ms. Kaur brings deep expertise across both corporate and plant-level operations. Her core strengths include Industrial Relations (IR), Talent Management, Learning and Development, Performance Management, Employee Engagement, Compensation and Benefits, Compliance, and Administration.
Kamaljeet holds a Post Graduate degree in Human Resource Management from the Symbiosis Centre for Management and Human Resource Development (SCMHRD), Pune. She is a seasoned leader known for her passion for mentoring professionals, uniting diverse teams around a shared vision, and cultivating an inclusive, collaborative, and high-performance work culture. Her exceptional drive, enthusiasm, commitment, and continuous learning mind-set have been hallmarks of her career.

Prior to joining RR Kabel, Ms. Kaur served as Chief People Officer at Gensol Group and Group CHRO at Sterlite Power Transmission. Her earlier career includes key HR leadership roles at reputed organisations such as Jubilant FoodWorks Ltd., Heidelberg Cement India, HDFC Bank, Wrigley India, and Hero Honda Motors (now Hero MotoCorp).
