Salesforce launches Digital 360— Enhancing customers experience in the new normal


Salesforce, the global leader in CRM, today unveiled Digital 360, putting together core elements and new technologies on the Salesforce Customer 360 platform to help digital marketers improve their customer experience and drive progress in the modern, work from home environment. Digital 360 is enhanced by specialist programs, a large partner ecosystem, and digital learning assets. 

New product innovations for Digital 360 involve Customer 360 Audiences, a consumer data portal for marketers to consolidate, classify and activate all of their customer data; Commerce Cloud Payments, an out-of-the-box payment system driven by Stripe; and Experience Cloud to create quick, CRM-enabled digital experiences.

Digital 360 integrates Salesforce’s industry-leading Marketing Cloud, Commerce Cloud, and Experience Cloud to provide consumers with a flexible, data-driven, centralized source of truth for customizing consumer behavior in today’s all-digital world — from marketing newsletters and targeted advertising through online shopping and curbside pick-up. 

Salesforce Marketing Cloud: It Enables advertisers to create positive consumer relationships at any touchpoint. The new Customer 360 Audiences, Salesforce’s customer data platform, allows marketers to track, consolidate, classify, and trigger all of their customer data. It offers advertisers a unified source of reality for any customer to help them personalize their journeys through advertisement, commerce, operation, sales, and more. 

Salesforce Commerce Cloud allows businesses to build consistent commerce experience for customers through all digital channels — mobile, social, site, and shop. Today, in collaboration with Stripe, the chosen supplier, Salesforce is unveiling Commerce Cloud Payments, allowing brands to integrate payments to their sites with clicks, not codes. 

Companies will also introduce commercial websites with an out-of-box payment system to get quickly to the consumer and improve sales rates. Commerce Cloud Payments provides fast, versatile, and elegant cash-out experiences that facilitate credit cards, mobile wallets such as Apple Pay and Google Pay, and non-card solutions such as SEPA, iDEAL, and Bancontact, all with embedded fraud prevention. 

Salesforce Experience Cloud is a digital experience framework that lets businesses easily create integrated CRM-powered digital environments for their clients, partners, and employees on a scale. Through Salesforce CMS and Experience Builder, businesses can create content in one location and offer it anywhere — websites, portals, smartphone applications, and storefronts — through clicks or codes.
