Hyderabad, 24th June 2025: Sheraton Hyderabad Hotel marked International Yoga Day with a rejuvenating wellness workshop, bringing together guests for a morning of movement and inner balance. Led by Hyderabad-based wellness expert Kirti Vijaywargi, the event featured an invigorating session of yoga, breathwork, and holistic wellness practices, aimed at promoting harmony of body and mind.
Kirti is a passionate yoga instructor known for her transformative teaching style. A former corporate professional turned wellness advocate, Kirti guided attendees through a soulful journey of calm, connection, and self-discovery. Her warm and encouraging approach resonated deeply with participants of all ages and experience levels.
