This limited-edition menu features a curated selection of seasonal cocktails and mocktails perfect for the city’s rain-soaked afternoons and cosy evenings.
Monsoon Memories is more than just a cocktail menu. It’s a collection of stories served in a glass – stories of first dates becoming traditions, stories of second chances and unexpected reunions, stories of celebrations, and stories of friendships that outlast even the rain outside your window. Each cocktail and mocktail in this menu captures the essence of a feeling that each guest will relate to.
For those escaping the chill and cold mist of Mumbai rains, there is The Storm Across The Table – a hot, gin-based cocktail infused with apple-cranberry tea, honey, cinnamon, clove, and black pepper, with elderflower lending its subtly sweet aroma. Meanwhile, The Long Way Home, made with whiskey and layered with tamarind, jaggery and lime, is for those evenings that deserve a little detour. Or, celebrate new beginnings and possibilities with The First Date – tequila with lychee, lemongrass, ginger and edible glitter. Then, there’s the Missed Umbrella, inspired by forgotten umbrellas that lead to serendipitous encounters, made with gin infused with kokum, cranberry, basil, lime and sea salt. And lastly, After The Rain – a refreshing blend of white rum, jamun and blue pea flower for the calm after every storm.
Guests can also enjoy The Window Seat and Maybe This Is Love, two mocktails specially made to complement slow monsoon afternoons and heartfelt conversations.
