Skechers joins with Ananya Panday for its Latest Collection


Skechers, the performance footwear and global lifestyle brand headquartered in the US, is expanding its campaign named #OriginalsKeepMoving with its new range featuring actress Ananya Panday. The campaign will include the inauguration of Skechers Energy Racer in India and the admired Skechers D’Lites for women as well as men.

The CEO of Skechers South Asia, Rahul Vira said, “Together with Ananya, we’re excited to increase the thrill as we introduce the Energy Racer across India along with the D’Lites range, which has been admired by sneaker lovers since its launch. We’re inducting an element of novelty while continuing to mix expressive style with fashion that appeals to all kinds of tastes, and we believe that this new Skechers campaign with Ananya which acknowledges the ‘original’ spirit of the youth will aid them make strong fashion statements and give our designs their own unique take.”

This collection in particular had me waiting with anticipation. The Skechers D’Lites range, iconic for their chunky platforms, reflects spring and summer’s optimistic style statement with its colorful splash, while the Energy Racer range comes from its success on the escape to a trendy style boost for every wardrobe. The collections join the latest leg of the #OriginalsKeepMoving campaign, a fashion movement that launched in Winter/Autumn 2020 with Ananya Panday, and depicts the magic that can be created when original individuals find new ways to keep going and overcome challenges.
