Mumbai, 26 May 2026: This summer, Smoke House Café at Sky City Mall, Borivali is putting mango in the spotlight with Mango No. 5, a limited-edition dessert menu built around five mango-led creations, available from 18th May to 17th June.
The dessert menu is created entirely around mango and its many personalities, bringing together fresh mangoes, buttery bakes, house-made ice creams, and café-style treats that feel bright, nostalgic, and made for the season. Designed for the café’s easy all-day format, the edit works just as well for a quick stop, a family outing, or a sweet finish after a meal.
The menu opens with the Mango Pistachio Danish, a crisp danish layered with pistachio frangipane, vanilla custard, and fresh mango. The Mango Croissant brings a seasonal twist to a classic butter croissant, filled with mango custard, fresh mango, and toasted almonds.
For something cooler, the House Mango Ice Cream keeps it simple with house-made ice cream made using Alphonso mangoes, while the Mango Coco Sundae pairs house-made coconut ice cream with mango, chia seeds, and caramelized nuts.
The menu also features the Choco Babka Honey Toast with Mango, a richer dessert made with chocolate babka honey toast, mango, granola, and whipped mascarpone. Guests can add House Vanilla Bean Ice Cream or House Coconut Ice Cream for a more indulgent finish.
