New Delhi, 11 March, 2026: Spardha Pandey has joined Hero FinCorp as Lead – PR & Communications. In this role, she will lead the company’s external communications strategy, drive strategic media engagement and help strengthen the brand’s narrative across India’s financial services ecosystem.
Prior to joining Hero FinCorp, Pandey led communications at Probo. She has also held key communications roles at Meta, HP Inc., Gensol Group and Paytm, where she worked across corporate and product communications, leadership positioning and integrated campaigns spanning sectors such as technology, fintech, mobility and renewable energy.
Pandey brings over 13 years of experience across corporate communications, media and integrated marketing. Over the years, she has built a strong track record in leadership visibility, media relations, thought leadership initiatives, crisis communications and stakeholder engagement, supporting organisations through phases of growth and transformation.
Earlier in her career, she worked as a journalist with India Today Group and Hindustan Times, an experience that informs her approach to media strategy and storytelling. Pandey holds a Master’s degree in Mass Communication.
