Bangalore, August 02, 2025: M5 E-City Mall, the premier shopping destination in Electronic City, is celebrating the spirit of virtual expression with the launch of a one-of-its-kind Emoji Park to mark Friendship Day. Designed as a vibrant and immersive experience for visitors of all age groups, the Emoji Park brings the universal language of emojis to life through interactive installations, games, and themed attractions. The event has been open to the public since August 1, 2025, and has already drawn enthusiastic crowds.

The Emoji Park features an array of engaging activities including a colourful ball pool for children, emoji-themed photo booths, a digital ‘Emoji Heads’ booth, and a unique ‘Face-to-Face’ video interaction zone where guests can mimic their favourite emojis. To enhance the playful atmosphere, the park also offers a variety of carnival-style games such as Emoji Smash, Feed the Emoji, and an Emoji-themed version of Tic Tac Toe.
Yathish Kumar, Group Marketing Head, M5 Mahendra Group, said, “At M5 E-City Mall, we believe in celebrating the moments and relationships that truly matter—and Friendship Day is the perfect occasion to honour the bonds that bring joy and meaning to our lives. With the launch of our one-of-its-kind Emoji Park, we are bringing to life the symbols that have come to represent friendship, emotion, and connection in today’s digital age. This unique experience is designed to encourage people of all ages to come together, express themselves, and create lasting memories. Through this initiative, we hope to offer a joyful and heartfelt tribute to the spirit of friendship”.
In addition to the park, the weekend events included creative and engaging group activities such as Emosie Tambola—an Indian Bingo game with emoji elements, an Emoji Logo Competition, and fast-paced Emoji Trivia rounds. Hands-on workshops allowed visitors to create their own emoji-themed items like pencil toppers, rings, cookies, and DIY crafts such as painting, nail art, and more. The mall is also adorned with bright, emoji-inspired decorations, and visitors can take home themed souvenirs such as bag tags, pop sockets, and other goodies.
