Studio Blo, India’s pioneering AI-powered content studio redefining brand storytelling through cinematic AI-led production, partnered with leading brands this Women’s Day to bring powerful narratives on gender equality to life.
The studio created two distinct campaigns for Shemaroo Entertainment and Aditya Birla Capital, using AI-driven visual storytelling to address systemic barriers and inspire conversations around empowerment and financial independence.
Shemaroo- The Glass Ceiling
Created by Studio Blo with the script developed by Boathouse Media, the film titled “The Glass Ceiling” highlights the structural barriers that continue to limit women’s representation in senior leadership roles.
While conversations around diversity have become more visible across industries, decision-making tables still reflect a persistent gender imbalance. Through a striking visual narrative, the campaign draws attention to this disconnect where equal talent, ambition and capability do not always translate into equal access to leadership opportunities.
The film encourages dialogue around growth pathways, mentorship, and systemic change that can help create a more equitable leadership ecosystem.

Aditya Birla Capital- Change the Default Settings
For Aditya Birla Capital, Studio Blo created the Women’s Day film “Change the Default Settings,” based on a script by FCB Kinnect.
The campaign explores how many systems around us from workplaces to financial planning frameworks were not originally designed with women’s journeys in mind. Whether it is career breaks, caregiving responsibilities, entrepreneurial ambitions, or invisible labour, women have historically had to adapt to systems that were never built for them.
The film visualises a symbolic shift where outdated “codes” are interrupted and rewritten, encouraging women to reclaim agency and redefine these systems. The message aligns with the brand’s belief that financial independence empowers women to take control of their journeys and reshape the structures around them.

Dipankar Mukherjee, Co-Founder & CEO, Studio Blo, said, “Both films approached empowerment from very different but equally important lenses, leadership representation and financial independence. Our focus was to craft visually compelling narratives that amplify the core ideas of the campaigns while using AI as a creative tool rather than just a technological layer. It was exciting to collaborate with teams across Shemaroo and Aditya Birla Capital to bring these stories to life.”
Rishabh Suri, Co-Founder & Chief Content Officer, Studio Blo, added, “AI is opening up entirely new possibilities for storytelling. With both these campaigns, our aim was to translate powerful ideas into cinematic narratives that spark reflection and conversation. Women’s Day communication often risks becoming symbolic, but when technology and storytelling come together meaningfully, it can help highlight deeper systemic questions and inspire change.”
