Dubai, UAE | November 28, 2025: Sunteck Realty, long regarded as the hallmark of luxury real estate in India, announced the launch of Sunteck International in Dubai with a glittering gala evening at the ultra-luxurious Bvlgari Hotel Dubai, capped by a spectacular 12-minute drone show that lit up the city’s night sky.
Designed as a powerful brand statement rather than a conventional launch, the event brought together distinguished guests, leading influencers, luxury tastemakers, CXOs, top real estate brokers, and marquee media personalities from the UAE and India, setting the tone for Sunteck International’s disruptive entry into Dubai’s ultra-luxury segment.
The evening’s centrepiece was a 1,000-drone aerial show, choreographed manually to create 10+ dynamic formations that told the Sunteck story as a cinematic narrative in the sky that was visible from over 3 kilometres away. From glowing outlines of Mumbai and Dubai to animated renderings of iconic landmarks like the Burj Khalifa, Dubai Opera, and Dubai Mall, the show seamlessly blended brand storytelling with immersive technology.
The drone show opened with the shimmering Sunteck logo and transitioned through scenes that traced the brand’s journey from Mumbai to Dubai, culminating in the formation of its global identity: Sunteck International. The finale featured golden and white firework arcs and a radiant halo, echoing the brand’s signature flame motif and symbolizing continuity, aspiration, and global ambition.

Sunteck International’s first project will rise on the last remaining plot in Downtown Dubai, adjacent to the Burj Khalifa and Dubai Mall, with a Gross Development Value of AED 5 billion. Over the next 3–5 years, the company plans to invest nearly AED 15 billion in the region, signaling a long-term commitment to the UAE’s luxury real estate market.
