One key aspect highlighted is that organizations are no longer treating CSR as an isolated activity but are integrating it deeply into their core operations. This integration represents a broader paradigm shift towards sustainable and purpose-driven business practices. Companies are increasingly aligning their values and missions with societal and environmental concerns, recognizing the interconnectedness between business success and positive impact on communities and the planet. In our organization, we have a separate wing for CSR – Genius Foundation, through which we try to cater to the well-being of the society as a whole.”
