T.V. Today Network Limited has once again set a benchmark for financial excellence, winning the Gold Shield in the Service Sector (excluding Financial Services) category at the ICAI Excellence in Financial Reporting Awards 2024-25. This prestigious recognition from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) reflects the organization’s unwavering commitment to transparency, accuracy and high standards in financial reporting.
The Annual Report for Fiscal Year 2024-25 was evaluated through a rigorous three-tier process: a technical review, assessment by the Shield Panel and final selection by an external jury of regulatory representatives, industry professionals and academicians. The jury carefully examined accounting practices, disclosure policies and the overall presentation of financial statements, ensuring that the award went to truly outstanding reporting.
Adding to the celebrations, Mr. Yatender Kumar Tyagi, Chief Financial Officer of T.V. Today, was conferred the CA CFO Award by ICAI in the Emerging Corporates (All Industries) category, recognizing his exemplary leadership, strategic financial insight and dedication to corporate governance.
The awards were presented to Mr. Tyagi at the World Forum of Accountants, held on 31st January 2026 at the India Expo Centre & Mart, Greater Noida, in the presence of eminent leaders from finance and business.

This milestone marks T.V. Today Network’s third consecutive recognition for excellence in financial reporting and its second consecutive Gold Shield, making it the only media company in India ever honoured by ICAI in any category. These accolades reinforce the Group’s reputation as a leader not just in media, but also in financial transparency and corporate governance.
