For the quarter ended September 30, 2026, consolidated revenue was ₹2,390.7 crore, EBITDA was ₹189.8 crore and profit after tax was ₹129.4 crore.” Key Financial and Corporate Highlights Revenue: Consolidated revenue for Q2 FY27 was ₹2,390.7 crore, compared with ₹1,484.5 crore in Q2 FY26. For H1 FY27, revenue was ₹4,403.5 crore, compared with ₹2,615.7 crore in H1 FY26. EBITDA: EBITDA for Q2 FY27 was ₹189.8 crore, compared with ₹99.9 crore in Q2 FY26. For H1 FY27, EBITDA was ₹346.5 crore, compared with ₹171.3 crore in H1 FY26. EBITDA Margin: EBITDA margin was 7.94% in Q2 FY27, compared with 6.7% in Q2 FY26. For H1 FY27, EBITDA margin was 7.87%, compared with 6.5% in H1 FY26. Profit After Tax: Reported PAT for Q2 FY27 was ₹129.4 crore, compared with ₹67.0 crore in Q2 FY26. For H1 FY27, reported PAT was ₹234.3 crore, compared with ₹110.6 crore in H1 FY26. PAT Margin: PAT margin was 5.4% in Q2 FY27, compared with 4.5% in Q2 FY26. For H1 FY27, PAT margin was 5.3%, compared with 4.2% in H1 FY26. Cash Flow from Operations: Cash Flow from operations for H1 FY27 was ₹136.7 crore, compared with (₹100.9) crore in H1 FY27. CFO/EBITDA was 39% for H1 FY27 vs earlier guidance of 20%. Completion of Acquisition of Purvi Gems & Jewellery: On October 7, 2026, the Board approved completion of acquisition of 100% stake in Purvi Gems & Jewellery (India) Private Limited for total cash consideration of ₹9 crore.
