A key highlight of this year’s celebrations is the Pride Walk-In Drive, a dedicated hiring initiative aimed at expanding employment opportunities for LGBTQIA+ professionals across the Delhi-NCR region. The hiring drive reflects TELUS Digital India’s broader commitment to embedding diversity, equity, and inclusion across the employee lifecycle, from recruitment and onboarding to career development and employee engagement. Team members will also participate in educational sessions, including a webinar on the critical role managers play in creating psychologically safe and inclusive workplaces for LGBTQIA+ team members, as well as a discussion on lived experiences of LGBTQIA+ inclusion at work. Additionally, a digital campaign to encourage allyship and inclusive behaviours through actions such as sharing pronouns, challenging bias, and learning about diverse identities.
