The guests and residents of Bhubaneswar are invited to embark on an unforgettable gastronomic journey at Sweet Basil, Lyfe Hotels’ authentic Thai restaurant run by celebrated Chef Sara Panisara.

The restaurant has become a distinguished destination for authentic Thai culinary experiences in Odisha. For this special festival, Chef Sara Panisara has meticulously curated each dish to embody the authentic flavours, rich heritage, and warm hospitality that define Thailand’s culinary culture. An exclusive Thai culinary festival opens on April 16th, 2025, at 7:00 PM at Jade, Lyfe Hotels Bhubaneswar, featuring a curated menu by expat Chef Sara Panisara. The elegant opening evening includes addresses by Ms. Siriporn Tantipanyathep, Counsel General of Thailand in Kolkata and Ms. Sonal Sahoo, Director and Co-founder of Lyfe Hotels, Bhubaneswar, followed by an elegant Thai dining experience featuring a multi-course culinary journey.   • Appetizers: Watermelon Salad Yam Tang Mo, Papaya Salad Som Tum
