Seltos is one of the biggest brands for Kia Corporation with 1 out of every 10 Kia cars sold globally being a Seltos. The new Seltos will grow the mid-SUV segment by reinventing and revamping it with its best-in-segment features and stunning design. Seltos brand currently contributes 55% to Kia India’s overall sales.
Building on this success, Kia India also unveiled a new transformation journey – Kia 2.0. Under Kia 2.0, the company has set ambitious targets, including attaining a 10% market share, doubling the existing network of touchpoints from 300+ to 600+, and growing RV leadership with new innovative products. These initiatives demonstrate Kia’s commitment to expansion, customer satisfaction, and market leadership.
The new Seltos comes equipped with the most evolved and segment-best Level 2 ADAS with 17 features, which comes only in super premium cars like EV6 in India. Combined with additional 15 Robust safety features (Standard across the range), the new Seltos boasts a remarkable 32 safety features, setting a new benchmark for safety in the segment. Powered by an efficient Smartstream G1.5 T-GDi Petrol engine, generating a commanding 160ps of power and 253 Nm of Torque, Kia India now offers the most powerful engine in the rapidly growing mid-SUV segment.
The New Seltos is equipped with many segment-leading features such as Dual Screen Panoramic Display with 26.04 cm Fully Digital Cluster & 26.03 cm HD Touchscreen Navigation, Dual Zone Fully Automatic Air Conditioner, and R18 46.20 cm Crystal Cut Glossy Black Alloy Wheels. Kia has also included the much-awaited Dual Pane Panoramic Sunroof and Electric Parking Brake in the new Seltos, making it the most compelling value proposition. With a muscular and sportier look, the crown jewel LED Headlamps and LED Connected tail lamps are powered by the Kia Signature Star map lighting concept.

In addition to the ADAS level 2 features, Kia India packs the new Seltos with 15 safety features, called as ‘Robust 15 Standard Safety Pack’ which includes the standard 6 airbags and 3 Point Seat Belts for all the variants. The new Seltos resonates with Kia’s ‘Opposites United’ design philosophy, taking inspiration from contrasts found in nature and humanity. The SUV features a Kia Signature Star Map LED Lighting concept, visible in the redesigned Sweeping LED Light Guide and LED DRLs. The new, Crown Jewel LED Headlamps, Ice cube LED fog lamps, and sequential LED turn indicators, lend a futuristic appeal. The option of an all-new Pewter Olive color makes the new Seltos even more desirable than before.
The redesigned bumper, a new skid plate, and a sportier-looking signature Tiger Nose grille capture the adventurous spirit of the new Kia Seltos and gives it a muscular and sportier road presence. This, complemented by a 50-mm increase in the length, offers an unparalleled road presence.
The redesigned tailgate and new Star Map LED Connected taillamps exude distinctiveness while the ‘Badass’ quotient of the new Seltos is accentuated by the new 17-inch Alloy Wheels and the segment-first 18-inch Crystal Cut Glossy Black alloy wheels.
The New Seltos now comes in 8 Monotone, 2 dual tones and Xclusive Matte Graphite colours. The colour option includes the newly launched Pewter Olive colour which gives the vehicle a distinctive appeal. while the other options are, Imperial Blue, Intense Red, Aurora Black Pearl, Clear White, Sparkling Silver, Glacier White Pearl, Gravity Grey, Xclusive Matt Graphite (X-Line), Glacier White Pearl + Aurora Black Pearl, and Intense Red + Aurora Black Pearl.

The 2023 Kia Seltos promises a plush and comfortable traveling experience combined with intuitive technology and ergonomics. The dual-pane panoramic sunroof offers stunning views from the inside and enhances the sense of space within the well-appointed cabin. At the same time, the newly added Dual Zone Fully Automatic Air Conditioner provides an added layer of comfort.
Replacing the semi-digital instrument cluster on the previous model, the new Seltos features a large Dual Screen panoramic display with a 26.03 cm (10.25”) HD Touchscreen Navigation System and an all-new Full Digital Cluster with a 26.04 cm (10.25”) Color LCD MID display. This deeper integration of technology lends a futuristic experience for the passengers and accentuates the premium appeal of the vehicle.
