With over three decades of experience in commercial leasing and strategic real estate development, Vithal brings deep industry expertise and a strong track record of driving revenue growth, market expansion, and building long-term value. His appointment marks an important juncture in PML’s journey to reshape India’s commercial real estate landscape through strong leadership and market-focused growth.
Vithal joins PML at a pivotal moment, as the company sharpens its focus on strengthening and expanding its commercial portfolio across key markets. In his role as CEO – Commercial Real Estate at The Phoenix Mills Limited, he will lead the company’s commercial business strategy, focusing on:

An alumnus of NMIMS (Executive MBA) and the University of Chicago’s Accelerated Development Program, Vithal has previously held senior leadership positions at Mayfair Housing, K. Raheja Corp, and Brookfield Properties, where he led landmark commercial developments, business growth strategies, and real estate investments.
