Prepared using authentic Japanese techniques and traditional seasonings, the festival presents three thoughtfully crafted Donburi creations: Seared Sea Bass Teriyaki Donburi, featuring seabass fish, shichimi spice, teriyaki sauce and sticky rice; Cornfed Chicken Thigh, Tonkatsu Donburi, pairing chicken thigh and shichimi spice with sticky rice and tonkatsu sauce; and Grilled Vegetable Japanese Curry Donburi, bringing together broccoli, asparagus, carrot, baby corn and snow peas with sticky rice and Japanese golden curry.
