New Delhi, 17 th June, 2026: UPES, a multidisciplinary university and one of India’s leading institutions for future-focused education, has entered into a strategic partnership with Harvard Business Impact (HBI) to strengthen experiential and case-based learning across its undergraduate (UG) and postgraduate (PG) management programs. Aligned with its vision of being the ‘University of Tomorrow’ and its transition into an ‘AI-First University’, UPES continues to reimagine higher education by integrating global academic resources, technology-enabled learning, AI-enabled capabilities, and industry-relevant experiences into the student journey.

The collaboration aims to equip students with the analytical, decision-making, leadership, and problem-solving capabilities required to succeed in an increasingly dynamic and technology-driven business environment. This is especially relevant at a time when artificial intelligence, automation, and digital transformation are reshaping business functions, leadership expectations, and the skills required across industries. By integrating globally recognised learning resources into the academic experience, the partnership seeks to bridge the gap between classroom learning and real-world business challenges.

This will give students access to an extensive repository of Harvard Business School case studies, Harvard Business Review articles, multimedia content, video cases, podcasts, and other learning resources through a comprehensive site licence. These resources will enable students to engage with contemporary business challenges, industry best practices, and global management perspectives through immersive and application-oriented learning.

The partnership will also provide access to eight high-impact business simulations annually, allowing students to apply theoretical concepts in realistic business scenarios and strengthen their strategic thinking, decision-making, and leadership skills. In addition, students across UG and PG programs will benefit from six specialised bridging courses covering areas such as finance, accounting, management communication, quantitative methods, and spreadsheet modelling. It will also provide access to the Manage Mentor program, enabling students to develop practical managerial competencies through self-paced learning modules.

To support teaching excellence and curriculum innovation, the partnership includes dedicated faculty development initiatives, including Harvard Business Impact’s “Teaching with Cases” workshops, premium educator accounts, curriculum mapping support, and access to a library of on-demand webinars focused on emerging themes such as artificial intelligence, digital transformation, and hybrid learning.

Dr. Abhishek Sinha, Pro Vice-Chancellor (Student Success), UPES, said, “The future of management education lies in bridging academic learning with real-world business challenges. Our collaboration with Harvard Business Impact will provide students with access to globally recognised case studies, immersive simulations, and experiential learning opportunities that strengthen analytical thinking, decision-making, and leadership capabilities. By integrating these resources into the learning experience, we aim to prepare students to navigate complexity, drive innovation, and create meaningful impact in an increasingly dynamic global business environment.”

Dviwesh Mehta, Director, Harvard Business Impact, India, said: “UPES shares our belief that management education must evolve as rapidly as the world students are preparing to lead. Through this collaboration, we’re equipping learners with immersive, practice-driven experiences that provide authentic business decision-making opportunities. Together, we’re shaping a new generation of leaders who are ready to thrive in tomorrow’s dynamic business landscape.”

The partnership reflects UPES’ continued commitment to creating industry-relevant, globally benchmarked learning experiences that prepare students for leadership roles across sectors. UPES is focused on building learning environments that combine academic rigour, emerging technologies, AI-led learning interventions, global exposure, and practical application to prepare students for the future of work. By combining academic rigour with experiential learning, the collaboration will enable students to develop a deeper understanding of business realities while strengthening their readiness for the evolving world of work.

With this partnership, UPES continues to expand its ecosystem of global academic and industry collaborations, reinforcing its position as a university committed to nurturing future-ready leaders, innovators, and entrepreneurs.
