Ltd., the country’s largest traditional dental distribution company. This landmark deal unites two of India’s most respected dental supply networks — one built online and the other offline — creating an unparalleled ecosystem serving dental professionals across India.
The acquisition marks a pivotal move toward building India’s most comprehensive dental platform, combining Dentalkart’s technology-led e-commerce strengths with IDS Denmed’s unmatched offline distribution footprint and long-standing customer relationships.

With this acquisition, Vasa Denticity becomes India’s largest dental supply company, both online and offline. The combined entity will expand its last-mile reach to over 90% of dental clinics in India. Synergies in sourcing, warehousing, and logistics will drive cost efficiencies and faster delivery. The company plans to introduce AI-driven solutions, financing options, and education programs for dentists under a unified platform.
