Wepsol Showcases the Technology Behind Healthcare at India Med Expo 2026

Fluid Print, Fluid Pro and Wepsol Hooks come together to demonstrate how connected technology keeps every touchpoint of a hospital workflow secure, efficient and always on

Bengaluru, 08th September 2026: Wepsol, a Bengaluru-headquartered, listed technology and managed services company, successfully concluded its participation at India Med Expo 2026, one of India’s leading B2B exhibitions for the medical, surgical, hospital and diagnostics ecosystem. Held from 5 to 7 September 2026 at the Bangalore International Exhibition Centre (BIEC), Bengaluru), the exhibition brought together more than 12,000 trade visitors, 500 health institutes, 400 exhibitors and 1,000 brands, with Wepsol showcasing its connected healthcare technology portfolio at Stall F-146.

At India Med Expo, Wepsol went beyond showcasing individual products to demonstrate a larger proposition: healthcare technology works best when every layer of the hospital ecosystem is connected. Under the theme “The Technology Behind Healthcare — Connected, Secure, Always On,” Wepsol brought together Fluid Print, Fluid Pro, POS devices and thermal printing solutions to recreate the technology journey behind a hospital’s everyday operations right from the moment a patient receives a registration token, patient records printing  to continuous monitoring of the IT infrastructure that keeps these processes running up to discharge and billing.

Visitors experienced a live, connected walkthrough built around a typical hospital workflow. The journey began at the patient registration and billing counter with Wepsol’s POS devices demonstrating how technology enables essential front-office processes such as token generation, queue management and receipt printing. The experience then moved to Fluid Print, Wepsol’s managed print services solution, demonstrating how hospitals can move from fragmented, standalone printing environments to centrally monitored, managed and secure print ecosystems. A key highlight was the live demonstration of secure, authenticated printing, showing how sensitive documents such as patient records, prescriptions and medical reports can be protected from unauthorised access and accidental exposure.

The final layer demonstrated how the technology infrastructure supporting these workflows can remain visible, monitored and protected around the clock. Through Wepsol Hooks and its NOC and SOC capabilities, visitors gained an insight into how IT assets and infrastructure can be continuously monitored, enabling teams to detect, alert and respond to potential issues before they impact critical hospital operations.

Together, the demonstrations brought to life a simple but powerful message: behind every seamless patient experience is a technology ecosystem that needs to be connected, secure and always available. “Healthcare technology is often viewed in silos one team manages print, another manages IT infrastructure, while another looks after billing and front-office technology. But for a hospital, these are not isolated systems. They are interconnected parts of one continuous journey that a patient, clinician and administrator experience every day.

“Every second of patient care depends on technology working reliably behind the scenes. At India Med Expo, we demonstrated how Wepsol provides that backbone—from secure, mission-critical clinical printing through FluidPrint, to resilient and highly available IT environments through FluidPro and intelligent monitoring. Our POS and thermal solutions support the patient journey from registration and token generation to billing, while our AI-powered solutions are enabling greater automation and operational visibility. The response at the Expo reinforced what we see across the market: healthcare providers are moving beyond standalone technology and seeking partners who can connect infrastructure, automation and intelligence to keep the technology behind care secure, available and always on,” said Amit Singh, DGM

The three-day activation drew strong interest from hospital administrators, procurement heads, technical managers and healthcare decision-makers, with visitors particularly engaging with the live secure-printing demonstration and the NOC and SOC walkthrough. The conversations at the exhibition reflected a growing need among healthcare organisations to strengthen operational efficiency while simultaneously addressing data security, infrastructure visibility, uptime and the management of increasingly distributed technology environments.

For Wepsol, its participation at India Med Expo marks another step in its journey to establish itself as a technology and managed services partner for healthcare organisations, bringing together solutions that address the operational technology needs of hospitals across the patient and enterprise journey. As healthcare organisations continue to digitise and expand their technology ecosystems, Wepsol will build on the conversations and relationships initiated at India Med Expo, while continuing its engagement with healthcare organisations, technology stakeholders and the media to advance the conversation around connected, secure and always-on healthcare technology.
