August, Mumbai, India 2026: Fashion e-commerce is entering its next chapter with ZILO, India’s fashion quick-commerce platform, launching an Omni Delivery model. The new ‘Mall to Home’ omnichannel fulfilment network connects customers directly to nearby mall stores, allowing them to shop authentic, in-season collections from leading fashion brands and receive their orders in approximately 120 minutes. As part of its ongoing expansion, ZILO is set to launch a new dark store in Bandra, Mumbai this week, further strengthening its fulfilment network and expanding its selection. The new store will enable faster fashion deliveries across key parts of the city, bringing ZILO’s 60-minute fashion delivery promise to even more consumers.
With Omni Delivery, ZILO bridges one of fashion retail’s biggest gaps: the trade-off between convenience and choice. While traditional e-commerce often involves waiting days for deliveries with cumbersome returns and quick-commerce platforms offer limited fashion assortments, ZILO now gives customers instant access to authentic brand inventory and the latest in-season styles from leading mall brands. The new omnichannel fulfilment model builds on ZILO’s signature Free Home Trial experience, allowing customers to order multiple fashion items, have them delivered instantly, try them on in the comfort of their home while the delivery partner waits, and pay only for the items they choose to keep. By enabling a single seamless Home Trial delivery, even when products are sourced from multiple retail locations, Omni Delivery allows customers to experience an entire look together, just as they would in-store.
The launch marks a significant milestone not only for ZILO but for India’s rapidly evolving fashion commerce ecosystem. ZILO is doubling down on the category by building an omnichannel infrastructure that seamlessly connects physical retail with digital convenience. Powered by technology that integrates directly with partner brand stores, ZILO operates a hybrid fulfilment network spanning both its ZILO Hubs and partner retail stores. Intelligent inventory orchestration sources products from the most optimal locations, enabling access to a significantly wider assortment than a conventional warehouse-led model while maintaining instant delivery timelines. Customers can choose to receive their order as a single seamless Home Trial delivery, even when items are sourced from multiple stores or opt for split deliveries to receive selected items sooner.
The platform has already integrated over 150 stores across Mumbai, bringing together leading fashion brands from fashion groups including Bestseller (Jack & Jones, Vero Moda, ONLY and Selected), Arvind Fashion (U.S. Polo Assn., Flying Machine and Arrow), and Aditya Birla Fashion and Retail (Louis Philippe, Van Heusen, Allen Solly, Peter England and American Eagle), alongside brands such as Rare Rabbit, Rareism, Metro, Mochi, Just In Time, BIBA, Soch, Inc.5 and several others. ZILO plans to expand this network to over 50 brands by the end of August and 100+ brands by the end of the year, alongside a significant increase in store coverage.
Speaking on the launch, Padmakumar Pal, CEO & Co-founder, ZILO, said, “Fashion has always been an experience-driven category, but convenience has never truly kept pace with consumer expectations. Customers shouldn’t have to choose between discovering the latest collections and shopping effortlessly. Omni Delivery fundamentally changes that equation by bringing the experience of the mall directly into customer’s homes. This isn’t just a new feature for ZILO, it’s a new retail model that reimagines how fashion will be bought and sold in India. As we continue expanding our brand partnerships and store network, we believe Omni Delivery will become one of the biggest growth engines for both ZILO and our retail partners.”
Bhavik Jhaveri, CIO & Co-founder, ZILO, added, “Building Omni Delivery has been our goal since day 1. We’ve created an intelligent fulfillment network that connects customers with live inventory across partner stores in real time, enabling authentic mall merchandise to reach them in nearly two hours. This model unlocks far greater assortment than a conventional warehouse-led approach while making physical retail inventory digitally accessible at scale. By connecting stores through a single intelligent fulfilment network, we’ve offered Home Trials at a scale that hasn’t existed before. Regardless of where products are located, our technology brings them together into one seamless Home Trial experience, while giving customers the flexibility to split deliveries when speed matters.”
Looking ahead, ZILO plans to onboard leading new-age D2C brands, including Neeman’s, Powerlook and The Bear House, while continuing to build exclusive partnerships that expand customer choice and bring unique fashion experiences onto the platform.
As consumer expectations continue to shift towards instant gratification across categories, ZILO’s Omni Delivery signals a defining moment for fashion retail, one where the speed of quick commerce, the assortment of physical retail and the confidence of Home Trial come together to create a fundamentally new way to shop.
