Oct 14, 2012: Aircel as per the report is planning to cut down operations in 5 circles starting from MP. It seems that the company has already made clear to local distributors in MP that they are cutting down their operations and may not require their services. Aircel is restructuring its business model to cut down operational cost and increase their margins as voice business is declining and data business is still in a nascent stage. Aircel is expected to cut down operations in circles like Gujarath, Haryana, Rajasthan and Punjab too subsequently.
