Kerala, 29th April 2026: Chandrika, the iconic 80yearold Ayurvedic soap brand from Wipro Consumer Care and Lighting, has announced the launch of Chandrika Soundarya, a new range of premium beauty soaps, marking its entry into the fast-growing premium personal care segment.

Targeted at young women in Kerala, the new range is designed to meet evolving consumer expectations, where personal care is increasingly shaped by experience-led routines alongside functional skin benefits.

Rooted in the traditional South Indian royal bath ritual of Neeraattu, the new ad film draws inspiration from a time-honoured practice associated with beauty and self-care. The campaign positions the soap as a luxurious bathing experience, blending cultural authenticity with modern beauty aspirations.

The new range combines Chandrika’s legacy of natural formulations with elevated sensorial appeal. Enriched with coconut milk and almonds and infused with refined floral fragrances such as jasmine and pink rose, the soaps are designed to deliver creamy lather and skin nourishment. The range is available in variants including Jasmine in Coconut Milk and Pink Rose in Coconut Milk.

Priced at INR 36 for 100g, the soap is now available across retail outlets in Kerala and on leading e-commerce platforms.
