Based in Mumbai, he will focus on driving business and digital transformation initiatives for financial services organizations, with an emphasis on operational efficiency, customer experience, revenue growth and AI-led innovation.
Mr. Zaregaonkar has more than 20 years of consulting and industry experience in the financial services sector. He has advised leading banks, NBFCs, asset management firms, and fintech organizations on large-scale transformation initiatives. He has been instrumental in building scalable digital platforms across lending, broking, and MSME businesses. In recent years, he has focused on accelerating digital capabilities and AI adoption, helping organizations align strategic priorities with measurable business outcomes.
Prior to joining A&M, Mr. Zaregaonkar spent more than nine years in EY, where he served as a Partner leading the Financial Services Digital Transformation practice in India. In this role, he was responsible for driving growth, leading strategic transformation programs, building high-performing consulting teams, and expanding capabilities in emerging technologies and AI-led modernization.
